My Story

In the first covid lockdown, I became gravely ill with digestive health problems. As a result I lost 4 stone and was in and out of hospital facing death! This left me suffering from PTSD - specifically of food and eating, as every time I ate I became ill.

After a 2 year battle, both physically and mentally, I decided to use baking as a way to beat my fear of food and make myself better. So I began baking what I loved most! Cinnamon Rolls.

I am proud to have now founded my own vegan cinnamon bun business - as a way to share with you a food born out of love and hope - my homemade Vegan cinnamon buns! Benji's Buns!
