Benji Buns began with a simple obsession: make the cinnamon bun the main character again. After launching two successful shops in London, our founder brought the iconic swirl to NYC adding bold flavors, small-batch baking, and a whole lot of personality to the classic treat.

Every bun is handrolled, baked fresh throughout the day, and finished with house-made toppings and fillings that change weekly.
