1. Freshness Guarantee

At Benji's Buns, we pride ourselves on baking the freshest, most delicious cinnamon buns in NYC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. In-Store Purchases

For items purchased in-store, please speak with a manager immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund at the manager's discretion.

3. Pre-Orders and Catering

Catering and large pre-orders require significant preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.

4. Online Orders

If there is an issue with your online order, please contact us at hello@benjisbuns.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will review your request and process a refund or replacement if applicable.
